Please note: Car or scooter is recommended. 12 Km from the center town of Lipari, four Km from the beach.

Costs for water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price.

Dogs are allowed on request with charge of € 100,00 

Reservation: High season minimum stay 6 nights .
In other periods minimum stay 4 nights.

Security deposit € 200.00 (will be returned before departure).

Cleaning fees € 120,00 

Linen: one supply per person bed / bath included

Bed linen and towels extra on request € 12 per person
